An update (v 4.0) has been released.
What's included in the update:
- jQuery and jQuery UI libraries have been moved outside the code by default;
A CDN is used. To use them from the website, a new plugin, nocdn, has been added.
- All used JavaScript libraries have been changed;
The code has become lighter, faster, and more stable.
- New plugins from the old one;
Some functions have been moved from the script's default settings to separate, independent plugins to avoid licensing conflicts.
This includes:
Phpmailer – replaces the old smtp plugin
- Visual changes in the admin panel;
1. The indicator icon has been changed to yellow, now always visible if there are new events. 2. The font has changed and become standard. We no longer import it from other resources; we use what's available on our computer.
- Multilingual tags in articles;
By popular demand, tags have become multilingual. They are still added in the same way, but it is now possible to edit and add translations.
- Simplified editor tags;
Some editor tags, such as links, images, and others, are now added via a pop-up window with simplified input.
- Title and h1 of non-public pages;
Now, each page added by plugins can have its own title and h1 using the SEO module. Previously, only public pages had this feature.
- Bugs and minor issues have been fixed.
Bugs, minor issues, oversights, and typos in the code have been fixed. Nothing serious or critical.
